Full Title : An Honest Review of The Day the Earth Exploded : The Looney Tunes Movie Warner Bros. First 2D Animated Looney Tunes Movie From a Non- Looney Tunes Fan. decided not to make a stupid decision for once, instead of making their first animated theatrical release Looney Tunes movie forever shelved or canceled, they release their animated movie on the big screen …that' it’s surprising if I’m going to be completely honest. Okay, so I watched that movie yesterday along with Joker 2 Folie a Deux (which I’ll talk about in another post) and I have some thoughts on it. Before I begin the review, some things first: For those who don’t know, I am not a Looney Tunes fan, never have been and never will be.
did back in the day?
I have never been a Looney Tunes fan in my life because the vast majority of the characters are annoying and unfunny (especially the popular ones) and their humor is lazy, uncreative, repetitive and just plain creepy most of the time, very rarely have I found a short from the Looney Tunes library that i actually like it and it made me laugh and i consider looney tunes cartoons to be the most overrated cartoons ever that don’t deserve their popularity and i hate the looney tunes communities/fanbases and cartoons that over praise these cartoons when there are tons of other cartoons that deserve it and get kicked if someone hates and criticizes crazy tunes for legitimate reasons, leading them to great prejudice and double standards. So yeah, don’t act surprised when I fight I’ll get back at you if you’re going to be an ass to me, telling me I have no childhood and/or no sense of humor just because I dare to dislike a popular cartoon that I find very overrated and unfunny. However, considering this is Warner Bros. first animated Looney Tunes movie on the big screen (it’s very depressing and confusing that Looney Tunes hasn’t had an animated movie in theaters for over a century, like what Warner Bros. ) and& #39;I’m ready to give him a chance.
Come on' Let’s start with the positives, Pros
I will talk about the pros and cons of this movie. Also, this is a spoiler-free review, so I won’t spoil the main events of this movie. So.. .what do I think of this movie?….it’s okay….sure it’s not the best of the looney tunes, but it’s definitely not the absolute worst I’ve seen. Voice Acting: Where Looney tunes are mostly consistent is the voice acting, all the voice actors/actresses were spot on & matches the tone of the characters emotions, Eric Bauza is perfect as Daffy and matches the tone of how crazy this character is, as an example.
