I have to admit that Nicole Kidman’s acting style doesn’t resonate with me (The Hours certainly remains her only masterpiece in my opinion), so I was intrigued and curious to witness the reasoning behind the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at the recent Film from the Venice FestivalI found the film "Babygirl" to be absurdly boring, ridiculously vulgar, incredibly boring because it lacked any spark of sensuality thanks to its unconvincing performances and a weak and predictable story.
