Season 1 covers the first 30 chapters of Wool; the book has 82 chapters. The floor fans in various episodes spin in the wrong direction in terms of blade orientation. Spinning this way doesn’t push or pull air.. Featured on WatchMojo: Top 10 TV Shows of 2023 You Should Get Rid of (2023). I really enjoyed Silo. Just my kind of show. I love mystery and suspense. I hadn’t read or heard of the books Silo is based on. The story is good and interesting. The series is set 140 years after the apocalypse. The remaining 10,000 people now live in a silo, and these people have never been outside the silo. They don’t even know what stars are. However, they know that going outside the silo is fatal. Some people choose to go outside to learn more, but they always die. Those who stay in the silo can witness through the window when someone wants to come out and see how and when they die. Rebecca Ferguson plays the role of Juliet Nichols, who is trying to figure out what’s outside the silo and why they can’t get out without dying. The acting is good, as is the character development. However, the pace can be a little slow, as there are some extra episodes. They could definitely shorten the series by at least two episodes, but I don’t mind because the series is overall very good. We are looking forward to season 2 with more suspense, mystery, and answers about what’s going on outside the silo!
